Shirley brings over 10 years of innovative design and implementation experience in application platform technology and frameworks for large scale, mission-critical enterprise and Web-based applications. During the past decade, she has combined her experience as a veteran visual designer and a skilled programmer to become a well-sought out expert in interface design and interactive information-systems architecture.

As CTO, Shirley is responsible for the development and implementation of product architecture, engineering overview, and the overall technical vision as she directs the project teams to ensure technical integrity, consistency, and uncompromising quality for each e-business solution.

Shirley prides herself on maintaining high standards of "customer satisfaction" before, during and after a project. As proof of success, Shirley and Medius IV have benefited from long-term relationships with many of her clients.

Jai Gohel is a practicing partner with the San Francisco firm of Osman & Gohel, which specializes in corporate and business law, including civil litigation. Mr. Gohel has a particularly strong background in litigation, having successfully taken several trials to verdict in both California State and Federal Courts. His firm currently serves as legal counsel primarily to high-technology startup ventures. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jai served as a consultant with Andersen Consulting, which now augments his legal perspective with the advantages of practical business operations knowledge.

He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and was awarded a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
